Iphone on 3G: Safari Cannot Open the Page Because the Server Cannot be Found

Hello,

I have an iPhone 5 running on IOS 8.4, and as of today I cannot load websites or apps with my 3G! Unless it is google, I get the error "Safari cannot open page because the server cannot be found". I also cannot load apps such as snapchat which rely on my 3G. I do not have wifi so I haven't been able to see how it will work then. I have reset my network settings and restarted my phone to no avail! What should I do?
